WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

As you enter the room you will notice a sandtray and hundreds of symbols on the shelves. After a brief chat with Linda, you will then be asked to prepare your tray with a brush or your hands. This allows you to drop from your head into your body and feelings. When you are ready you will then go to the shelves and choose your symbols, or as Linda says allow the symbols to choose you. One by one you place the symbols into the sand until you feel you have completed your tray. When you have finished you will go on a journey with Linda to discover your tray.
